Sneaky underhanded normal and everyday tactics are being employed by congress to try and shore up their "conservative points" in order to withstand the typhoon which will wipe both parties out. Specifically the focus is on the Democratic Retreat Yesterday, but that does not over look the spending of more than $150 million dollars in translating a ten question census, into more than 28 languages.
