Whether you are having a problem accessing content, found a broken link, forgot your password, need to upgrade your paid subscription, or just have have a suggestion to make the website more expansive, the Help Desk is your one-stop solution center. Please feel free to browse some of the more common problems which may hold a solution, or if you find yourself stuck, simply fill out the trouble ticket form and a Help desk representative will contact you as soon as humanly possible.

The web browser of choice (at least according to Allison) is Mozilla FireFox, which features better-formed tabbed-browsing, security, and most importantly renders both W3C and non-W3C CSS (web programing language) properly, most especially when compared to Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Get Mozilla FireFox 3.6.10 (all operating systems)
*Note: We do not yet recommend FireFox 4, as it has not received clearance from our team of cracked web-gurus and is not yet compatible with some of the most popular add-ons/plug-ins. But feel free to live dangerously if you are so inclined.
Known Issues
Having a problem accessing content? It could be a bug or other users may have reported the same issue in the past. So take a quick look at some of the quickest and most common solutions before submitting a ticket.

Problem: Audio player stops, plays sporadically, or refuses to load. |
This problem is know to occur with Internet Explorer 7 and prior, and in all other browsers with an outdated Flash Player plug-in. Solution 1: Update Internet Explorer to at least version 8, download FireFox 3.6.10. Solution 2: Update Flash Player to latest version. |

Problem: Attempting to login results in "Incorrect Password", but you are sure you input the correct password. |
This problem tends to occur when attempting copy/paste from either Microsoft Office or Internet Explorer since it seems Microsoft's core philosophy is to condescend users of its products resulting in additional white/blankspace being added to selected text (since it assumes you wanted that extra-space), and thus returns an incorrect password submission. Solution 1: Manually type your username or password. |

Problem: You receive the "INVALID TOKEN" error when trying to login into the website. |
The cause for this error more often than not occurs when a 24/7 Backstage Pass user, enters a different email address than the one in which is associated with the PayPal account which was used to pay for the membership. Solution 1: Use the email address associated with the PayPal transaction. |
