It Is The Government’s Duty… To Tax Your Booty

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - Think you can keep your booty (Websters - "a rich gain or prize") from being taxed? Maybe by going the 1099 route on your income? Nope, not gonna happen. Everywhere you go, you are taxed. Buying gas? Taxed. Buying Groceries? Taxed. Using a cell phone? Taxed. I think you get the picture. All of these items have Federal taxes on them, and where is all of this tax money going? Well, they're trying to cure society, trying to make water more clean, trying to make fossil fuels more clean... wait, no they're not. They're lining the pockets of their friends in those businesses and keeping the lobbyists employed. Live Free or Spy Hard… Our Government Has Chosen The Latter

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - The Surveillance State has now so corrupted the Surveillance State workers that the Surveillance President must now order gubbmint spooks to spy on each other lest another Edward Snowden appear. This could be interpreted to mean that Snowden was only cleared for level 3 of 6 levels of government deception and a level 4 is about to blow. So what happens when you create government agencies to spy on other government agencies? Are they trying to create more jobs? Or is it going to keep them so busy spying on each other, that they won't have the time to spy on private citizens? (Wishful thinking, I know.) Prepare for the Extermination of the Southern Way of Life

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - Are you a Neo-Confederate? Does anyone really know exactly what that means? Usually it is used in a defamatory manner, it implies that you or your ancestors are sympathetic towards slavery... but does ANYONE in their right mind want to bring slavery back? Most "neo-confederates" are people proud of their southern culture. Yes, their were some bad parts of it, but there are bad parts of every culture. But the way the word is used in such a deragotary manner, means that "they" are trying to eradicate the culture of the south. The War of Northern Aggression Goes Ever On

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - There are those in the North who want to continue fighting Lincoln's War of Aggression until every Southern, Confederate is obliterated from history. From re-naming Military installations that were named after Confederate Generals because they were part of the "slaveocracy". Well, Jefferson, Washington, and many others were also members of the so-called "slaveocracy". And let's not forget the outrage that Yankees have over Robert E Lee! Many people in the North seem to think that the Confederacy was completely comprised of evil, racist, war-mongering, genocidal maniacs and that it had to be "put down" like it was some sort of rabid dog. These people that think like this are just despicable. For more on this be sure and check out today's Founders TV and sign up for a Founders Pass if you haven't already!

What’s Wrong With Being Proud of Your Southern Heritage? Apparently Everything Now Days.

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - After the "stuff" hit the fan over Rand Paul's hiring and retention of Jack Hunter, there were very few that came to his defense. Most in the "mainstream media" (and talk radio mafia) were basically calling for Jack's head for things that they didn't even know if he wrote or not, and even if he did write these things about being proud of his Southern Heritage... what's wrong with that? Should everyone who had a grand-pappy or great-grand-pappy in the War of Northern Aggression just conveniently forget about them? Write them out of their family tree? And of course Jack isn't a fan of Lincoln (neither are we), he declared war on the Southern States! Does that mean he should excuse himself from polite society? No, in fact, it means that more people need to stand up for Jack. For more on this be sure and check out today's Founders TV and sign up for a Founders Pass if you don't already have one!

Interview with Kevin Gutzman: Scalia Not The Pillar of Conservatism He Is Thought To Be

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - How did Scalia become the "strict Constitutionalist" of the Supreme Court? Is it based more on image than actual decisions? You could certainly make a case for that based on his latest decision in the Arizona case. If anything, Thomas is the more Conservative on the Supreme Court, but he doesn't keep up appearances like Scalia does. But does anyone think the Supreme Court is ever going to slow down? Are they ever going to try and scale back their own power? No, even if they had two REAL conservatives in Scalia and Thomas, they would still be greatly outnumbered, and it's probably not going to get any better. Government Should Lead By Morality, Not By Force

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - Religion should not be directly associated with politics or any political party as Rick Santorum seems to think. However, religion should be a part of politicians, and everyone else's, lives as it informs our decisions and helps us do the right thing. One person who had it right was Dr. Martin Luther King on the Mike Douglas Show discussing the Vietnam War. He believed that the Vietnam War was unjust and so costly that no one should be fighting in it and we were on the losing end of it. And that our loyalty to our country should not be measured by our ability to kill but by our ability to lead. Fair DUI – Interview with Warren Redlich On What (Not) To Do If You Get Pulled Over

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - On today's Founders TV we were joined by special guest Warren Redlich, author of "Fair DUI: Stay Safe and Sane In A World Gone MADD". Warren is a DUI trial lawyer who has seen the DUI laws go from making sense to a stacked deck against the innocent under the name "criminal justice." One of the main reasons he wrote the book is to help people how to hand being pulled over, not just a DUI stop, but anytime they are pulled over by the police. And of course, so many of the laws have been influenced by heavy handed groups like MADD that you need to read a book like this to know what to do when you have a drink and you do get pulled over, because what few Individual Liberties you still have left you should know about. Henry Knew Best: The Size and Growth of Government Would Make Transparency Impossible

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - During the Constitutional Convention a bunch of guys met in secret to establish a new form of government... which isn't why they were sent there in the first place. They were sent there to amend the Articles of Confederation, instead they came back with a Constitution with Washington's painting all over it. So why all the secrecy? Well, many of the states and their representatives didn't think it was a good idea, including one man by the name of Patrick Henry. And one reason he was against the Constitution was specifically because of all the secrecy. He was afraid the Federal Government would continue to meet in secret because it would continue to grow and the people meeting in secret would basically pay off the citizens to keep them in office. Oh, how right he was. For more on this be sure and check out today's Founders TV and sign up for a Founders Pass for more...
