Global Warming: Religion of (green)Peace

18 January 2007 - Global Warming, The Religion, has reached a new low er high temperature as it’s Apostles now continue the Deification of the animated Christmas Special “The Baby new Year’s” Mr. Heat Miser. I’ve been chronicling the Nature Nazi’s drive to create a religion in an image that is comfortable to them. Since worshipping at the First Adventists Church of Climate Change with the parson Gore doesn’t actually REQUIRE any religious practices that you can’t conveniently ignore when it suits you, it appears that St. Risen of Mercury is it.

And what a fit for the granola bar chomping hypocrites who love to lecture the common folk down here about their carbon dioxide excesses and then show up at the Golden Globes this past Monday, in Global Warming frozen L.A. to butane heated runways. The latest act of the Rising Mercury Ministry has come from Sister Heidi Cullen of the Weather Channel who has taken to order the burning at the stake of any Meteorologist who doesn’t sign on to the Dennis Quaid version of the “Day After Tomorrow”.

Cullen hosts Sunday evening services on The Weather Channel’s “The Climate Code” that would make Jim Bakker gaze in amazement. Sister Heidi wants heretic weathermen ex-communicated from the American Meteorological Society if they refuse to evangelize for the end of the world via Man Made-Catastrophic-Global Warming (MMCGW).

It is NOT a typo to capitalize Man, or Made or Catastrophic or Global Warming folks. Think of it like capitalizing The Crucifix or The Altar or The Profession of Faith none of which require proper noun status except inside the confines of Christianity. We are operating here inside the confines of the Religion of MMCGW and will try and be as respectful of their faith as we can, thus the Caps.
