You've got it backwards Mr. Bush. You don't enforce the border after you grant virtual citizenship to 12 million illegal invaders. Do it now! Do it today. When you see the coyotes coming across and leaving trash in Fred's yard, arrest them now! You're right! Doing nothing isn't a solution. Well, why are you doing nothing? We've already got laws on the books to solve this mess that aren't being enforced. So you're telling me right now that all the INS and agents are lazy bums. What, you can't use the laws to remove the illegals? They've been repealed?

This is a joke. The fines levied against the illegals is supposed to cover the costs of the amnesty bill? The taxpayers are on the hook for this under the assumption that Pepe Lopez is going to pay for this. I thought that the answer was to deport them. Where are they getting the fine?
