Do you know why the Republican Party was founded in 1787? Because people back then, like young Abraham Lincoln, because the courts are runaways. Who can forget the Dread Scott Decision? There was literally, a war over it! These are precarious times that we live in. It has just become a jumbled "mishmash". It's going to take a very charismatic set of people to change this.

1:17-Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi call military incompetent

Caller-1:17-Bob in Michigan- Naturalized citizen from Canada. With this boiling point everyone is at on the amnesty issue, are there people in a 3rd party that want to send a message on how this reform should go?

Mike: The problem is that those people in these 3rd parties are angry. You have to have a framework to be able to change what you're angry about. What would you have them do?

[Caller] Bob: We need a valid initiative to write this cut and dry, take care of the lobby money, and make little amendments, one at a time.

Mike: Let me give you one that would work --- an absolute, strict, constructionist interpretation of the 11th amendment. Are you familiar with Farmer's Branch? Farmer's Branch TX that decided they didn't want illegals and said it was illegal to rent or hire illegals. They got a federal judge from implementing it. It's aviation of the federal govt. How many times have you seen a federal judge on the bench for life make these judgments and ruin millions of people's lives everyday?

What are you people thinking over there in Utah? You want to talk about outrageous. This is what I'm talking about here. Now your responsibilities of you people in Utah is now to take care of these spanish speakers?

2:09- Why we have this attitude/ Federalists
Back in the day, you know, there were only Federalists and Republicans. Federalists were arguing for a national government. Federalists argued and lost that the federal government should be able to participate in state legislature. The idea of having a national government was so unpopular. The federalist party was so unpopular that the last term they served was in 1787. They didn't have any governing majorities. That should tell you something. If that party was voted out of existence, what was the attitude that was bequeathed to us. Think about that. Don't be angry; think about this. Read the Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution. I can't wait to have that guy on the show. It's good stuff. 4:13

2:13- Giuliani looks like he'll do the job right
Some of the stuff that Giuliani has proposed is good stuff. It sits well with me. [Reading from Giuliani's proposal] #4 I will cut the taxes. In the next 10 years, about 10 million bureaucrats will retire. He only wants to hire back 50% or less. #9 I will reform the legal system. #10 I will prepare the nation for terrorists attack. Good luck with that one. People were saying the other day that we can't have a Republican candidate that's pro-choice. That's good that we have principles, but Giuliani is the guy that can get this done for us.

2:16- Iran moves to execute porn stars

2:17-Dept of Treasury against Nancy Pelosi
She wants to allow adults to tag along children on government trips for free. Now you and I have to pay for these kids, which Pelosi has 5, to tag their kids along on trips.

2:19- Pelosi and Reid are calling our troops incompetent now.
We should just give all of our money to Big Brother and we'll have peace, happiness, and nirvana. And it's the same people that say that the governmental system doesn't work and is incompetent.

2:21- Immigration Bill isn't dead and Republican and Democrats are trying to get it through.
(Bush audio from today) This is a joke. The taxpayers are on the hook for this under the assumption that Pepe Lopez is going to pay for this. I thought that the answer was to deport them. Where are they getting the fine?
(Bush audio cut 2 from today) 4:24- You've got it backwards Mr. Bush. Do it now! Do it today. When you see the coyotes coming across and leaving trash in Fred's yard, arrest them now!
(Bush audio cut 3) You're right! Doing nothing isn't a solution. Well, why are you doing nothing? So you're telling me right now that all the INS and agents are lazy bums. What, you can't use the laws [to remove the illegals]? They've been repealed?

Caller-4:35-Bryan in Texas- Angry that all the wetbacks . If Bush wants to do something, don't let the illegals send their money back to Mexico.

2:36- Response to Bryan/ Free-trade with Mexico because of NAFTA
Just imagine if a state became angry and did a 30% surcharge on any wire transfers to Mexico unless you have a green card and legal papers. I do business with a Canadian company. I didn't know they were Canadians but they still do good work. When I first started doing business with them, the exchange rate on the bill change was 60% on the dollar. You know what it is now? 98 cents on the dollar! The Canadian dollar is almost worth as much the dollar, now. It is all tied to debt. It is all tied to the credit of our our country.
