The Senate's latest proposed energy bill is a horrible attempt to address a critical issuue, and will hurt more than help.  Why do Democratic leaders insist that increasing government rules and regulation will improve energy production and supply? 

History repeatedly proves the opposite, but that's not stopping Harry Reid from trying to mandate 15% of electricity be from solar or wind power.   That's not even possible under today's setup, and the amount of investment and upcoming regulation would skyrocket the  electric bill of every American.  The CAFE (Corporate Automotive Fuel Efficiency) would be raised 40% from 25 to 35mpg!  Everyone is going to be driving mopeds!  Get all the details from today's segment...
