The Amnesty Bill Dies Again

The Amnesty Bill died once already, but Harry Reid hooked up an automatic defibrillator, yelled "CLEAR", and shocked it back to life.  The Frankenstein Amnesty Bill then lumbered around the Senate floor enduring debates and amendments until the American people showed up with pitchforks and shovels and beat that sucker to death!

Congratulate yourselves, people.  The politicians who were poised to sell us out down the Rio Grande was stifled by an unparalleled outcry, and it looks like they finally got the message.  The bill may be revived, but it looks like Harry Reid would do better to just forget the whole thing and blame Bush for the failure of the amNASTY bill, lest he look like a doofus again.
