Hillary Clinton has proposed a college system to provide proper education and training for civil service workers, all  on the dime of ther taxpayers.  Hillary, we already have a public education system.  It's called the public education system.  I suppose because public schools are controlled at the local level, that's not good enough to a socialist who would like to concentrate as much power as possible in DC.  Besides, how much education do civil servants really need?  Never-the-less,  we've written our own civil service entrance exam...
