It's been 20 year since James Hansen began his quest to convince Congress and the American people that man made global warming is here and threatens to kill us all in disastrous ways. This was just enough time for the American public (and more importantly the media) and forget about the previous fashionable climate crisis of global cooling from the 1970s, and this time opt for a crisis that can be blamed on the United States... it just better fits the liberal narrative that this nation sucks.
Hansen has been on the forefront of blaming mankind for this pseudo-crisis and is reliable in proposing legislation that would both cripple the American economy and put vast amounts of new power in the hands of the centralized government in D.C. | | No comments for this item |

The man has wrapped up the Democrat nomination and it now leading over McCain in many of the polls. So how does a man with such detrimental policies and questionable associations have such a rabid following? There's a double concern here because not only does Barack Obama have a sizable following, but they seem to be impervious to any evidence that would challenge their Messianic adoration.
Perhaps they just don't understand how destructive the implementation of Obama's rabid liberal policies can be, so a couple of concerned members of the Red, White, and Dude Nation have set up a great website that goes through all the issues and explains why if you're an Obama supporter, you're an IDIOT!!! | | No comments for this item |

Michael Lemieux has written an extremely well researched and documented book
that chronicles how/when/where the federal government has strayed from its
original limitations outlined in the Constitution.
Whenever you hear a politician claim that the oil companies have leases on federal lands, you'll learn that the Constitution only allows the federal government to control lands that are necessary for the government to function. The feds have no business leasing lands to anyone, much less owning them in the first place. | | No comments for this item |

How goofy is this? Presidential hopeful John McCain proposed having a $300 million reward for anyone who can develop new battery technology that far surpasses current battery technology.
"From now on, we will encourage heroic efforts in engineering, and we will reward the greatest success." John McCain
Is John confusing the United States with Cuba? There's ALREADY a vast financial award for developing new technologies... patent royalties! We don't need to add $300 million dollars to the deficit (because face it, Congress cleaned out the treasury already) because incentives are self evident and scientists aren't just sitting on their hands waiting for a Cracker Jack prize to do their jobs. | | No comments for this item |

There are people out there that think you and I are stupid.
Bush gave a four step plan to start solving the energy crisis. He
urged Congress to lift all roadblocks to offshore drilling, ANWR
drilling, shale drilling, and new refineries. Then the Democrats stood
in front of the cameras and told fairy tales better than the Brother's
Grim and Aesop.
They Democrat response started out with the typical talking points
of late... 68 million acres worth of oil leases should be drilled, we
can't drill our way out of this, oil companies make too much money,
etc... but they floated a new balloon out at the press conference.
They actually had the BALLS to recommend that the oil industry should
be nationalized!!! | | This item includes 2 comments |
