Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - How did Scalia become the "strict Constitutionalist" of the Supreme Court? Is it based more on image than actual decisions? You could certainly make a case for that based on his latest decision in the Arizona case. If anything, Thomas is the more Conservative on the Supreme Court, but he doesn't keep up appearances like Scalia does. But does anyone think the Supreme Court is ever going to slow down? Are they ever going to try and scale back their own power? No, even if they had two REAL conservatives in Scalia and Thomas, they would still be greatly outnumbered, and it's probably not going to get any better. Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – I don’t understand what the big deal is here. What he said was one of the things that I thought, one of the problems I thought citizens of Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico actually wanted and want to be dealt with, which is the issue of all the contraband that comes across their borders and is brought across the borders by illegals. He may have been able to have been a bit more delicate in his phrasing of it, but I don’t think the substance of this is wrong. Check out today’s transcript for the rest…

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – If Congress wants to deal with this in a constitutionally consistent manner, what I think they ought to do is they ought to have the testicles to declare those that are here illegally as alien enemies. That might require then a declaration of war against Central American countries, but then the designation of alien enemies would apply and you could then deal with the problem. Short of that, all this is going to do is produce more tears. Check out today’s transcript for the rest…

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – I’m going to walk you through a couple of the legal -- these are very easy to understand -- reasoning behind why the power to choose electors was left in the hands of the states, and why the Supreme Court erred mightily yesterday. Justice Thomas points this out at the end of his dissent: What you guys are doing here, you are undermining and eroding the foundation of the constitutional system itself. Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – In other words, the only compromise that they could reach was let’s just rely on the wisdom of the people acting through their state legislatures on how they think in each individual state a right of suffrage or a right to vote ought to be handled. Whatever qualifications they attach to that, that same qualification will then transfer to the election of federal officers. In other words, if good enough to elect the people of the state governments, which are the parties to the compact known as the Constitution, then it ought to be good enough to elect the representatives to the federal branch of the government. It’s pretty simple actually. Check out today’s transcript for the rest…

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – If there aren’t people that are willing to pay illegals to do the work that Americans won’t do, then illegals will stop coming here. If the purpose is economic, then if you shut off the economic spigot, that will stop it, whether you close the border or not. If the purpose is economic inasmuch as they come here and get free things, housing, education, healthcare and what have you, if you shut the spigot off, ditto that. Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – That’s another one that I just ask the question: Why do you have to have government-funded, regardless of what government it is, food safety inspectors? Is that not something that can be done by private companies? Cannot private companies be responsible for the safety of their own food? Why is the government responsible for it? Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - It makes no sense to me. This is another great example of how the propaganda and “to the victor go the spoils” mentality that it has weighed on the heads of Texans for 150 years. You drive around Houston and you’ll see secede stickers all over the place. No one is actually talking about doing something about it. I’d say there are about 16 trillion immediate reasons why you ought to do something about it. Check out today's transcript for the rest...

"My point is simply this: pop culture is the smog in which we must live at least part of our lives. We have no choice but to face it, now and again, if only to keep track of where it will strike next."

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Audio and Transcript - I'm just going to let Bob from Pennsylvania speak for himself here, check out the rest in today's audio and transcript, "Let me run something by you, Mike. A kid graduates from college this year. He’s going to pay Medicare for 40 years and not see an ounce of benefit from it. Why not just bill him four percent now and give it to him now? Give Medicare to everybody. That would be the biggest boon in business in the history of our civilization. How? We would take the obscene cost of healthcare away from businesses."

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - I guarantee you that the Dream Act is going to come up tonight, the southern border with Arizona, Obama’s lawsuits against the people of Arizona. There’s a great opportunity for Governor Romney to be a 10th Amendment guy tonight, by saying, “If you elect me, I will tell the attorney general to withdraw all federal lawsuits filed against Alabama and Arizona. Those sovereign states are free to admit people into their midst that they choose, not us.” He may actually believe that one, too. That may be a big winner for him tonight, or tomorrow night. Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Audio and Video - The media is claiming that Jan Brewer's Executive Order on Illegal Immigration is "controversial" but they're giving a free pass the Executive Order that prompted it from... Dear Leader Chairman MaObama. In fact, Brewer says she's simply following in the footsteps of the Department of Homeland Security by allowing the illegal immigrants to stay in the country, not be deported, and not be prosecuted, but not allowing them lawful status either. This Executive Order is the state of Arizona's right as a sovereign state, Ms. Brewer and the people of Arizona are in complete control in this situation.
