Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – Patrick J. Buchanan, in a column that he posted yesterday, posits the theorem that the Grand Old Party is moving towards a stance of noninterventionism, and that that is definitely the direction the party is going, that the McCains and Grahams, that their heyday of being able to invade and conquer the entire known universe and not even having to, well, they had to fabricate some fake excuse to do so, that that is not in favor anymore….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – The Fourth Amendment is just in case they exceed their authority or someone is tempted. Remember that the amendments are inserted to further regulate the powers, to further conscript the powers of the new general government. That’s the doctrine. That’s what the preamble to the Bill of Rights says. The amendment is there to inhibit or prohibit the creation of the agency or the extension of the power to start with. In other wo….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – If culture says, “No big deal. Who cares? We have no expectation of privacy. You guys need to shut up and stop railing against it,” then you’re going to have a state that is going to do exactly what is permissible. Designing men are always going to accrue power where there is least resistance for it. If they can acquire and accrue that power, they are most certainly going to pursue it. They are going to try and gain as mu….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - Over the last 200 years, laws continue to become more complex and more hidden behind the curtain of secrecy of the American government. When the Alien and Sedition Act of 1798 was passed everyone knew what was in it, it was in the open, and because of that John Adams lost out to Thomas Jefferson in the next election. Fast forward to the War of Northern Aggression and while Lincoln is continuing his fight, the people of the Norther….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – Apparently we can also deduce that our fellow citizens don’t much care if a member of the other political party is being tyrannized against, is being targeted for retribution or for harassment by the government. As long as when we’re in power, meaning we the red state or we the red party, if we get to tyrannize the people of the blue party and the blue states, it all works out in the end. That is quite, well, number one it’s ….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – So a Soviet-style form of government, form of life is right around the corner? Some people would say: That’s the price you gotta pay. Wow. Do schools in the United States even teach the term “civil liberties” anymore? Does it mean anything to anyone outside of the very energetic and motivated among us when it comes to these sorts of things? Check out today’s transcript for the rest…….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – I would think that any man or woman of good conscience and that holds near and dear that cherished jewel, as Henry called it, of liberty would not only be alarmed by this but would be spurred into action. Alarm won’t do anything; action will. Pitchforks and torches are called for here. Just assume then that all of us have been eavesdropped on. Every single one of us has been violated. We have been violated because we are citiz….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – In other words, if you have a Verizon phone and if you have used it since April the 25th, your phone call has now been logged, the metadata has been logged, and it has now been transmitted to the National Security Agency so that they can determine whether or not you are guilty or innocent. What’s wrong with that picture? Check out today’s transcript for the rest…….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – As the news was breaking yesterday that it was James Rosen, investigative reporter extraordinaire for Fox News, in 2009 he had been targeted by the Department of Injustice. Did you read the story? Did you read what they did to him? Were you following the surveillance -- Rosen was speaking with a South Korean. The South Korean, whose last name was Kim, was allegedly in possession of State secrets. Rosen was spotted commiserating ….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – If you stack 62 billion -- we’re talking stacking, laying them one on top of another, not end to end, stacking them. If you stack 62 billion iPhone 5’s, you would create a tower that is long enough to reach the moon and then part of the way back. You would need a little bit less than two zettabytes in iPhone 5’s to go all the way to the moon and back. This is how much data the NSA claims that th….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - Certainly not. The NSA "data center" in Utah will hold enough "data" to fill so many iPhone 5's that they could be stacked from here to the moon and back. The NSA says the Utah Data Center is a facility for the intelligence community that will have a major focus on cyber security. The agency will neither confirm nor deny specifics. Some published reports suggest it could hold 5 zettabytes of data. Ben Franklin could never have ima….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - My baby girl goes off and she found her first job at 15 years old. She has to go get a work permit, a permission slip, from the Parish government so that they will sanction it. Of course, I and her mother have already sanctioned it, but that’s not good enough. You have to trudge off to get some bureaucrat’s approval. Actually, you’ve got to give them $25. Check out today's transcript for the rest... Begin Mike Chur….Continue

Was Secession A Constitutional Right? 1868 Book Concluded It Was. "It was in 1833, for the frst time in the history of the country, that it was solemnly asserted and argued, that the Constitution of the 'United States was not a compact between the States. This new doctrine simultaneously put forth, by Mr. Justice Story in his "Commentaries on the Constitution of the 'United States," and by Mr. Daniel Webster in "the greatest intellectual effort of his life," that is, in his great speech in the Senate of the I6th of February, 1833. In order to show that the Constitution is not a compact between the States, the position is assumed, that it is not a compact at all. If it be a compact, say they, then the States had a right to secede. But it is not a compact; and hence secession is treason and rebellion. The great fundamental questions, then, on which the whole controversy hinges are, first, Is the Constitution a compact? and, secondly, Is it a compact between the States?" - Albert Bledsoe, Was Secession A Constitutional Right (1868)
