Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – You may have noticed it’s a little chilly out there. Yes, it has gotten a bit cold this spring. As a matter of fact, it’s gotten so cold. (How cold is it?) Thanks for asking. It’s so cold that according to Real Science website, which is tracking temperatures via the University of Alabama Huntsville’s GISS satellite system, if the trend holds through May, as currently it is, this will be the ….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – Yesterday I forgot it was Earth Day. I had neglected to alert the audience and to remind you that yesterday was Earth Day. Now, as I used to say on this program back on the old station in the old country, Earth Day is the day that it is fun to try and destroy the planet to prove that you can’t. Think about that for just a moment before we get into what the entire known universe is talking about today, which is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - Why then, even in [r]epublican spheres, do we allow government to determine what is in our best marketplace interest? The illusion is that the health code saves lives. Does it? Does the health code kill people? Does the health code actually make people sick? I’ll tell you what’s a great health code, and of course you don’t want to be the person who went into this place and got the E. coli or salmonella or whatever foodborne il….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - Isn’t it quite amazing, ladies and gentlemen, this is the year of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Anno Domini 2013, and we are about to see a quasi-war fought between two sovereign states over the oldest and probably most reliable source of marshal affairs: natural resources. One state or country has it and another country doesn’t and needs it. This is as old as the Philistines. This is as old as th….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - My point is, we incessantly worry about some of these silly environmental concerns that we have no control over whatsoever, yet we live within the grace of God that we don’t get hit by an asteroid. We live within a couple seconds of astrological history changing, the entire human species, hell almost all species, being wiped out. That’s why I bring this up. What happens if the scientists are wrong? C….Continue

Was Secession A Constitutional Right? 1868 Book Concluded It Was. "It was in 1833, for the frst time in the history of the country, that it was solemnly asserted and argued, that the Constitution of the 'United States was not a compact between the States. This new doctrine simultaneously put forth, by Mr. Justice Story in his "Commentaries on the Constitution of the 'United States," and by Mr. Daniel Webster in "the greatest intellectual effort of his life," that is, in his great speech in the Senate of the I6th of February, 1833. In order to show that the Constitution is not a compact between the States, the position is assumed, that it is not a compact at all. If it be a compact, say they, then the States had a right to secede. But it is not a compact; and hence secession is treason and rebellion. The great fundamental questions, then, on which the whole controversy hinges are, first, Is the Constitution a compact? and, secondly, Is it a compact between the States?" - Albert Bledsoe, Was Secession A Constitutional Right (1868)
