Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - McCulloch vs Maryland was a landmark decision by the Supreme Court of the United States in that it put the power to tax in the hands of the Federal Government instead of the states so when Chief Justice John Marshall said "The Power to Tax is the Power to Destroy" he was actually talking about the STATES! McCulloch vs Maryland happened at a time when the states were seen as the enemy, when they were the ones who were taxing people a….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - The process of Nullification is gaining steam, which should make you and me excited, right? But in this case the process of Nullification is being explained incorrectly to people in a poll. In the poll, people are being told that Nullification is simply a state being able to invalidate any federal law that they don't agree with. Well that's not in the spirit of Nullification, we made a compact with the ….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – Secretary of State in Kansas, Kris Kobach, has made a statement on Attorney General Eric Holder’s letter written to Sam Brownback about Kansas’s Second Amendment Protection Act, SB 102. This is a great lesson in constitutionality, kiddies. Pull up a chair, warm your hands around the campfire, and lend an ear. Check out today’s transcript for the rest…….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – There are more than one manufacturer of weapons and ammunition that is used in said weapons that are deciding they’re going to leave the states that are persecuting their industry. I would say they are persecuting people that, for the most part, by and large, are law abiding. They’re not running around willy-nilly shooting people just because they have weapons. They’re not running around flashing their weapons out in the str….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – What are we in such a hurry for? Slow down. Now we’ve got to be in a hurry to get charges filed against the surviving perp, get him to court, get him tried, and in some people’s estimation, like Ted Nugent, bring him out to the public square. I guess for the anniversary, this would be a great spectacle. Or next year’s Boston Marathon, before the festivities begin, they can build a festive-looking gallows there. If we can g….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – For years on this show, I’ve been leading the charge in getting people to rethink our bellicose, out-of-control, unconstitutional, ahistorical foreign policy. We need to act more like that shining city on the hill that we always claim that we are, start leaving people alone, start being the actual beacon of freedom and liberty in the world by not dictating to it what we want it to do, and then trying to enforce it. Check out toda….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – Let’s go to the Dude Maker Hotline. Let me get an update on what it is that’s going on in the great State of Oklahoma. My friend Mark Kreslins is on the line. Mark, you actually are a newcomer to Oklahoma, yet in the first year, you rabble-rouser, you’ve already got people to draw sides and a line in the sand over Obamacare. Check out today’s transcript for the rest…….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – The way I read history and the way it used to be read all the way up until, I don’t know, maybe 1971 or so, to the “modern era,” the Supreme Court was convened and existed because of Article III in the U.S. Constitution. I know it’s old and antiquated, fuddy-duddy, and we don’t use it anymore. It’s dead and doesn’t mean what it once was. People in 1788 couldn’t have possibly known that….Continue

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – That’s another one that I just ask the question: Why do you have to have government-funded, regardless of what government it is, food safety inspectors? Is that not something that can be done by private companies? Cannot private companies be responsible for the safety of their own food? Why is the government responsible for it? Check out today’s transcript for the rest…….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - Why was that a big mistake? A citizen that is actually impacted by the tyranny and confiscation of wealth so it can be redistributed by an out-of-control, despotic government and he is the one that has to apologize? He is the one that has to take it back? No, sir. No, Phil, you are in the right. You’re an actual recipient of the benevolence of your kind, magisterial, all-knowing, all-seeing government….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Audio and Video - On today's [r]epublican radio podcast Mike goes over the jobs numbers in the "Where the Jobs AREN'T" segment, and the numbers are very telling... The Federal Monster has to be stopped, it has to be stopped by Deconstruction. And by this we mean it has to stop spending, it has to borrowing, it has to stop taxing, and it has to stop printing money, if it does these things it will be forced to shrink which will expand the jobs market.….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Audio and Transcript - Caller Tim thinks that Romney should open up his books for the entire world to see, that he should tell us about every thing he's ever purchased because he's a politician and he's an open book. Well Tim, it sounds like your love affair with the State continues to grow by leaps and bounds each year and that you have no respect for a citizens privacy. Have a problem with your kids 4th grade teacher? Time for some surveillance….Continue

Was Secession A Constitutional Right? 1868 Book Concluded It Was. "It was in 1833, for the frst time in the history of the country, that it was solemnly asserted and argued, that the Constitution of the 'United States was not a compact between the States. This new doctrine simultaneously put forth, by Mr. Justice Story in his "Commentaries on the Constitution of the 'United States," and by Mr. Daniel Webster in "the greatest intellectual effort of his life," that is, in his great speech in the Senate of the I6th of February, 1833. In order to show that the Constitution is not a compact between the States, the position is assumed, that it is not a compact at all. If it be a compact, say they, then the States had a right to secede. But it is not a compact; and hence secession is treason and rebellion. The great fundamental questions, then, on which the whole controversy hinges are, first, Is the Constitution a compact? and, secondly, Is it a compact between the States?" - Albert Bledsoe, Was Secession A Constitutional Right (1868)
