Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – Again, if the State of Georgia, in the constitutional world, is paying for its public transportation, that’s their business. You can’t tie every argument back to the illegal and unconstitutional dispensation of funds from the federal monster. If that’s the point of view of the argument, then I can end this right now and say everybody that wants a one-size-fits-all universal policy because we have….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - It makes no sense to me. This is another great example of how the propaganda and “to the victor go the spoils” mentality that it has weighed on the heads of Texans for 150 years. You drive around Houston and you’ll see secede stickers all over the place. No one is actually talking about doing something about it. I’d say there are about 16 trillion immediate reasons why you ought to do something a….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - When you import the illegal who does not support republicanism -- there is not a republican who has lived under socialist despotism and some form of redistributionist existence their entire life. Was Secession A Constitutional Right? 1868 Book Concluded It Was. "It was in 1833, for the frst time in the history of the country, that it was solemnly asserted and argued, that the Constitution of the 'United States was not a compact between the States. This new doctrine simultaneously put forth, by Mr. Justice Story in his "Commentaries on the Constitution of the 'United States," and by Mr. Daniel Webster in "the greatest intellectual effort of his life," that is, in his great speech in the Senate of the I6th of February, 1833. In order to show that the Constitution is not a compact between the States, the position is assumed, that it is not a compact at all. If it be a compact, say they, then the States had a right to secede. But it is not a compact; and hence secession is treason and rebellion. The great fundamental questions, then, on which the whole controversy hinges are, first, Is the Constitution a compact? and, secondly, Is it a compact between the States?" - Albert Bledsoe, Was Secession A Constitutional Right (1868)
