Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - My friends, we are in Kafka’s Brazil. There is no reality anymore other than what silly, self-centered, arrogant reality that we make up here now. Now we’re going to marshal up all the forces of our county, as Dwayne points out, or city, state governments to now purchase armored vehicles to stop Adam Lanza. What is the thought process behind this? The fact that they think they can get away with this or that they think they’re c….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - They fear, and I believe they’re correct, that ultimately the police state is going to try and track every single solitary transaction, and to write laws that make it illegal to act outside the way they want you to do it. If you do that, brother, Big Sis Napolitano can then classify you as some sort of a militant. That’s how they’re going to get to it. They don’t have to confiscate. All they have to do is improve and increase….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - The president yesterday, I thought, had a great speech. I was very moved by the families in the audience. I thought the kids on the stage was very brilliant politically to point out that there was 20 kids that were killed and these kids wrote in about that. When you listen to Joe Scarborough, who is a Fox conservative, and then you listen to what the president says, and you hear a lot of people on your show, including yourself to some….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - Some people want to proceed from the point of view that all things that are debated in the public square these days are debated for the public good. It is quite possible, I would say quite probable, that they’re not discussed for the public good; they’re discussed for the individual’s good. Whoever it is that’s doing the discussing probably has, as Obama likes to say, some skin in the game. Thereâ….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Audio and Transcript - These are scary times, ladies and gentlemen. We can sit here and discuss these things all we want. We may be overreaching. We may be being a bit hyperbolic. I think the fact that there’s actually a discussion going on that’s going to inexorably affect the lives and fortunes of over 300 million people, and less than 200 people are involved in a decision, that tells me everything I need to kn….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - The lunatics from the Westboro Baptist Church were threatening to go protest and disrupt these people’s grieving ceremonies and funerals. Again, the incorporation doctrine would prevent the City of Newtown from calling an ad hoc meeting of their council and passing an ordinance that said you can’t, and if you do we’re going to have our police chief arrest you. Of course, some ACLU lawyer or someone is going to jump in there and s….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Audio and Transcript - What about fat people? More people die from obesity than die from gun violence every year. Shouldn’t we try to figure out what the mental state of mind is of Fat Albert, try to figure out how we can stop fat people from becoming fat? Maybe there’s a mental health cure. Maybe if we just mentally observed. Hang on, before you can eat a Twinkie, before you can partake of your first taste of products made with high fructos….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - In regards to the Newtown, Connecticut shooting, people trying to attach meaning to these things, we talked about yesterday, sometimes there is no meaning. If there is meaning, the meaning is probably obvious. They’re evil men that desire to do evil things because they haven’t either been taught or they have rejected that evil is to be avoided and evil is to be minimized, that evil is going to cost you a place at God’s table in h….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - You want one size fits all? Well, you're gonna get one size fits all gun laws in the wake of Newtown whether you like it or not. It's out of yours and your local authorities hands now and it's moving on up to Nancy Pelosi's hands and what do you think she's going to do? And Freedom of Speech? That's one size fits all too. You want your local government to make a law to protect families from protestors at Funerals (see Westboro Bap….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - After I was done weeping for those children, as I sat there like a sponge in a chair boohooing and praying for those children’s souls in Connecticut, the next thought turns to anger, then rage, then to why. Then when you start trying to process it, or the way my mind works anyways, my next thought was: What is it that was lacking in that young man’s mind, in his heart and in his soul that gave any cover whatsoever, logical, illogica….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - What is Soledad O’Brien or any news anchor that has been dispatched to go grandstand in Newtown, Connecticut and present this faux sense of community to these people, what are they accomplishing by doing that? What is the purpose of that? What exactly is going to be solved by Zoraida Sambolin standing out in the cold in Newtown, or the aforementioned Soledad O’Brien? Is that to bring any healing to those people or is that to gain a….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - I think the ubiquitous and abstract hurling epithets at the term liberalism solves absolutely nothing, that’s what I think. It’s not liberalism, by the way, it’s progressivism. Classical liberalism we all practice: free markets, freewill, freedom of choice. That’s classical liberalism. Hurling all these accusations at liberals and blaming them for this, this solves nothing. We’re right back at Red Socks v. Yankees. Our al….Continue

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - What is the national media even doing in Newtown, CT? Any time there's a terrible tragedy of this sorts, every major news network has an anchor ready to parachute in and exploit the people that were affected by some crazy lunatic. Fox, MSNBC, and CNN have also decided that what we should be talking about at Christmas-time, instead of the birth of Jesus Christ, is what guns should or should not be legal... and they're doing this at ….Continue
Mandeville, LA - Mandeville, LA - Mike Church's daily Pile of Prep, chock full of Founding Fathers, Christmas Spirit Fiscal Cliff goodness and other [r]epublican stories used to perform the Mike Church Show on Sirius/XM Patriot channel 125. For He will decide if we enter what the president called in Newtown, ….Continue

Was Secession A Constitutional Right? 1868 Book Concluded It Was. "It was in 1833, for the frst time in the history of the country, that it was solemnly asserted and argued, that the Constitution of the 'United States was not a compact between the States. This new doctrine simultaneously put forth, by Mr. Justice Story in his "Commentaries on the Constitution of the 'United States," and by Mr. Daniel Webster in "the greatest intellectual effort of his life," that is, in his great speech in the Senate of the I6th of February, 1833. In order to show that the Constitution is not a compact between the States, the position is assumed, that it is not a compact at all. If it be a compact, say they, then the States had a right to secede. But it is not a compact; and hence secession is treason and rebellion. The great fundamental questions, then, on which the whole controversy hinges are, first, Is the Constitution a compact? and, secondly, Is it a compact between the States?" - Albert Bledsoe, Was Secession A Constitutional Right (1868)
