Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - There is even a danger in isolating yourself, which is something to be thought about. Even if you were able to convince people we should break away and go our own way, don’t think that the Obamas, the Feinsteins and the Schumers and Boehners and Lindsey Grahams of the world won’t know you exist and won’t be thinking: Don’t they have oil in that little state that just broke away? I hear they hit a gold stripe. Maybe we can see if we can borrow some. This is what the end result of the experiment in Philadelphia begets. Check out today's transcript for the rest...
Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - Not enough happens every year during the celebration leading up to the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There are reasons why Christmastime and the Christmas season is supposed to be a spiritual time. You’re supposed to reflect on all the blessings that you have, just like Thanksgiving, all the blessings that you have and the things you’re thankful for, and one of them is the atonement of sin. Check out the rest in today's transcript...
Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - Stephen Masty posts this poem at The Imaginative Conservative website. I laughed and I cried as I read this last night and I wanted to share it with the audience. It’s great prose. We don’t have enough poetry, which is one of the beautiful things in life that we seem to believe we can do without, unless it is contained in a Bob Seger or John Cougar or Rush song these days. How about some actual written poetry? Here you go.
