The Power Is With The People But We Have To Reclaim It First

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – Franklin, you have swallowed whole, my friend, the red versus blue, right versus left, liberal versus conservative, Republican versus Democrat propaganda. It is nothing more than propaganda, my friend. They’re all equally corrupt. They are all equally and dispassionately involved in the redistribution of mammoth amounts of money that does not belong to them. They all routinely violate their oaths of office. They all routinely skirt morality and skirt ethics in doing so by violating their oaths. Check out today’s transcript for the rest…

Interview With Senator Frank Niceley of Tennessee

Mandeville, LA – Exclusive Transcript – You have a most intriguing and peculiar piece of legislation that actually was the brainchild of one of my organizations, the ReFounding Father Society. This is at least partially James Knox’s idea here, about how to restore some manner of federalism in the election or selection of senators, in this case in the State of Tennessee. Can you just elaborate a little on what the bill does and does not do? Check out today’s transcript for the rest…

If Senators Are Elected by State Legislatures, Will It Slow Down the Expansion of Government?

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Video and Audio - Before the 17th Amendment, the Senators were elected by the State Legislature and served at the behest of the State... which meant that they didn't serve as long because their job wasn't as "enjoyable" as serving the people. So the bill that Senator Nicely of Tennessee is proposing will, not only return the power of the State Legislatures to elect the Senators, but will also act as a "Term Limiting" bill since we've had half as many Senators in the 100 years since the 17th Amendment as we did in the 100 years before. This is how the framers of the Constitution meant for the Senate and the Congress to be, one (Congress) would be elected by the people and represent the people and the other (the Senate) would be elected by the states and represent their interests. And to keep government from expanding, not much would ever get done, but when it did bills would be taken to the President and he would sign them. Georgia’s Water War

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Transcript - Isn’t it quite amazing, ladies and gentlemen, this is the year of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Anno Domini 2013, and we are about to see a quasi-war fought between two sovereign states over the oldest and probably most reliable source of marshal affairs: natural resources. One state or country has it and another country doesn’t and needs it. This is as old as the Philistines. This is as old as the Book of Genesis. We need water, you got it, let’s start a war. We need food, you got it, we’re going to start a war. We need fertile farmland, you go it, let’s start a war. This is as old as it gets here. This is happening, friends. Check out today's transcript for the rest...

Mike to Katie from Tennessee: “Your State is Your Country”

Mandeville, LA - Exclusive Audio and Transcript - Your country Tennessee is part of a union of countries. This is another one of the thinking processes that has gotten totally out of whack and totally out of kilter. It is a great story to be re-lived that while the great General Robert E. Lee did not believe that the act of secession was legal, he was wrong about that. When he was asked by Mr. Seward to lead President Lincoln’s army to invade and put down the rebel insurrection in the State of Virginia, Lee said: I cannot and I must side with my country. Check out the rest in today's audio and transcript...
