My friends,

I sincerely appreciate your decision to choose purchasing a rare and collectible edition of Is Davis a Traitor, John Taylor of Caroline-American Statesman or Patrick Henry-American Statesman. The length of time that it has taken to make the Henry & Davis books is close to the schedule we promised. The John Taylor book was delayed by 11 days by a mistake MADE BY YOURS TRULY and not caught by the printer. That book would have been completed and shipped to us on Thursday, 20 November had this delay not occurred. Because the process of making these books requires 3 different artisans, none of whom are in the same state, 1 mistake can be costly from a time perspective. Again, this was MY MISTAKE, personally, our printed draft copy was perfect but the digital file transmitted for printing somehow got corrupted producing the pagination mistake. I should have checked both. Therefore, please take your anger and frustrations out on me, Candace and Jennifer had nothing to do with it.

I am in close contact with the bindery shop and the Davis & Henry books are nearly completed and ready to be shipped to us. Again, the Taylor book was delayed because of my mistake, the replacement prints (about 1/3 of the book) have been prepped and will be assembled shortly. The bindery knows there is a time factor and has assured me this is pending. If you wish a refund and a personal apology for the delay, I hope this will suffice, but if you still need to vent frustration or impugn someone, that someone is me, contact me directly please:
