Help With Downloads

If you have purchased a downloadable file (song) and are confused with how to download your purchase follow these steps.

THE YELLOW CIRCLES SHOW WHERE YOU WILL CLICK ONCE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, THEY ARE NOT CLICKABLE HERE.

1. Login to the DudeGear Store



2. Then Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.



3. On the NEXT page, You'll see a "Previous Orders" link, click that order that corresponds with your download order


4. After the "Orders" page loads, you will see, about midway down the page "To download your files click the download button and choose "Save to Disk" from the popup menu." Below that is the Song title and the "Download Now" button, click this ONCE and then choose where to save the file.



5. If you have furtrher questions or problems please contact us. REMEMBER- you only get TWO downloads per purchase and once you have clicked the "Download Now" button twice you will not be able to download that file again.
