Shipping: Things customers should consider:

We cannot guarantee nor project the delivery date of anything shipped through the U.S. Post Office nor can we track the mail once it leaves the Store. Tracking is available via UPS ONLY.

We always try and present as many shipping options as are available in your area. When choosing a shipping method please keep these things in mind.

1. If you want your order shipped immediately, we strongly suggest that you call us toll free at 866 - 483-D U D E (3833) and place it directly with the store. Orders are not checked after 4 pm CST, shipping deadline for same day shipping is Noon CST, still, same day shipping is only available on items in stock and is NOT GUARANTEED. Orders placed in the online store are subject to normal shipping rules unless otherwise noted. Once again, a phone call to the Store at 866-483-D U D E is the most certain way to obatin next day delivery.

ATTENTION!!!! IF your order contains ONLY a CD or DVD then you can request the USPO "Media Mail" Option. All other postal orders must be Mailed using: Priority, First Class or Parcel Post. Any order that cannot be shipped via Media Mail, when that option is selected WILL HAVE THE PROPER POSTAL RATE CHARGED at checkout for shipping.

2. You save money by having your order shipped U.S. Mail but if you want reliable, consistent tracking and guaranteed overnight or second day delivery than the UPS option is the only method available. The DudeGear Store is not responsible for items delayed or lost in the U.S. Mail and we will not issue refunds or product/order replacements on anything shipped via U.S. POst Office.

PLEASE SELECT UPS SHIPPING TO INSURE THAT YOUR ORDER CAN BE TRACKED FROM PLACEMENT TO DELIVERY AT YOUR DOOR.

REFUND POLICY

All sales at Mike Church dot com or through the telephone sales desk of BlackHat Studios LLC are final. All merchandise has been inspected for defects in quality and workmanship and are believed to be free of such defects at the time of shipping. Refunds will be accepted within 14 days from the date of shipping and will be accepted for credit towards future purchase(s) only. Upon receipt of returned items BlackHat Ink will complete an inspection and reserves the right to assess a product usage penalty which will be applied against the amount to be credited. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned items accepted for store credit.

All Subscription sales are final and refunds will be extended only for the unused portion of one month's service as long as the subscription bought has not been in use for more than 12 days of the current billing cycle. After 12 days in any given billing cycle, no refund or credit for any and all subscriptions will be offered or accepted.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on BlackHat Inks Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
