Mark David Hall claims that the “Separation of Church & State” is a product of ACLU fantasies. It most certainly is not. It IS a product of the Founding Fathers generation’s (and the ones that preceded them) Catholic bigotry. With an assist from Marian T. Horvat, PhD.:

“Here I propose to dispel this myth that America was from its very beginning a country that championed freedom of religion. In fact, in the colonial period, a virulent anti-Catholicism reigned and the general hounding and harrying of Catholics was supported by legislation limiting their rights and freedom.”

Mike’s comments and historical insight make for one explosive 5 minutes of ‘Murican history!
