- Olive Oil
- 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 whole green bell pepper chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp dry oregano
- 3 Tbsp chill powder
- 3 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 12oz can crushed peeled tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp sugar
(Add water as need to obtain the consistency you want)
Use big frying pan, pour thin layer of olive oil in pan, then add pepper and seasoning to lightly heat and soften pepper pieces, then add tomatoes and heat. Add water as needed to thin out to desired consistency.Use sauce on your favorite spaghetti noodles or pasta of choice.
Optional: Add shaved, shredded or grated parmesan cheese prior to serving.
