On last Thursday I sent my now famous letter to Louisiana State Representative Mark Wright (R-, LA 77) asking him to call for a special legislative session to consider Emperor Bel Edwards I’s tyrannical house arrest and industry shutdown orders. Wright didn’t agree with the Special Session but has now come out against Emperor Edwards new call to keep Louisiana out of business ’til June. The Cure Is Worse Than The Disease, Part 1

German Professor Klaus Püschel head of forensic medicine in Hamburg, explains that the hysterical response to Covid19 is now off the charts worse than this mild flu bug ever was dreamed of being in the Chinese weaponologists’s heads who made it.

This virus influences our lives in a completely excessive way. This is disproportionate to the danger posed by the virus. And the astronomical economic damage now being caused is not commensurate with the danger posed by the virus. I am convinced that the Corona mortality rate will not even show up as a peak in annual mortality. [In Hamburg, for example] not a single person who was not previously ill [had died of the virus.] All those we have examined so far had cancer, a chronic lung disease, were heavy smokers or severely obese, suffered from diabetes or had a cardiovascular disease. The virus was the last straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak. Covid-19 is a fatal disease only in exceptional cases, but in most cases it is a predominantly harmless viral infection.

When the bloom is off the panic rose and ‘Muricans are faced with mortgages they can’t pay, businesses that have plywood boards over their once gleaming, plate glass windows.

The United States Has 0.0 Levels of ELEVATED Flu Cases!!

Checkout this site U.S. Health Weather Map, which shows every county in the United States and what their CURRENT rate of seasonal flu cases are. Note in the map below, there are 0.0 areas of “moderate” or “high” meaning the ENTIRE United States is well within average ranges of Flu cases for this time in March? Feeling had now? You should and if you participated, you should feel great sorrow.

The epidemiology of influenza swarms with incongruities, incongruities exhaustively detailed by the late British epidemiologist, Edgar Hope-Simpson.

Subjects that sicken do so two to four days after being iatrogenically infected; that is, the incubation period is about three days. However, it is crucial to remember that the incubation period only tells us what the serial interval should be, not what it is. Furthermore, induction of human infection in the laboratory only tells us such infection is possible; it does not tell us who is infecting the well in nature.

The obvious candidate is the sick. However, Edgar Hope-Simpson contended that the extant literature on serial interval, secondary attack rates, and other epidemiological aspects of influenza are not compatible with sick-to-well transmission as the usual mode of contagion. In his 1992 book, after considering all known epidemiological factors, he presented a comprehensive, parsimonious – and radically different – model for the transmission of influenza, one heavily dependent on a profound, even controlling, effect of solar radiation. Furthermore, while agreeing the sick could infect the well, Hope-Simpson’s principal hypothesis was that epidemic influenza often propagates itself by a series of transmissions from a small number of highly infectious – but generally symptomless – latent carriers, briefly called into contagiousness by the “seasonal stimulus.”

Why isn’t the CDC telling people of this easily administered PREVENTATIVE measure we can all, cheaply avail ourselves of? You KNOW the answer to this question right?

What Exactly Is “The Common Good” & Why Aren’t Small Businesses Part of It

That is the question Governors, sports league presidents and POTUS should have taken into consideration before shutting down the entire United States economy. How can the “common good” of protecting grandma and grandpa from Covid-19 be so far superior to the continuation of tens of millions of small businesses, many that will go belly up before Easter? Professor Michael Pakaluk tackles that question and I like his reasoned answer.

Today, given a threatening COVID-19 pandemic, we see all kinds of other misuses. If a public activity is canceled because of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s logic – that those who congregate, even if young and not at risk, may nonetheless spread the disease to the elderly or others at risk – the event wasn’t canceled out of an “abundance of caution.” Rather, it’s a case of a subsidiarity group making a sacrifice for the common good of political society….We must all stay inside to flatten the curve. But for how long? What criterion marks the terminus ad quem? Are the health of at-risk people and the capacity of the health care system the only relevant components of the common good? The large corporations have less difficulty, but few small businesses can shut down for two months. Would no degree of bankruptcies, and no severity of a financial depression, suggest that less “abundantly cautious” solutions are preferable? [emphasis mine-MC]

When my governor, John Bel Edwards decides to completely shut down all restaurants in the state is he really looking after “public health and the common good or is this just the easiest way out and he wants to sound “Gubenatorial”. Take a look at the chart above and see if the common good and abundance of caution covers the 233,000 restaurant workers affected directly by Edward’s decision.

The “New Media” Are More Guilty of Panic Incitement that The Lamestream!

I was browsing “new media site, Zero Hedge dot com last night, after having attended Mass earlier, enjoyed a relaxing afternoon of cocktails an conversation with my wife, had a delightful Sunday feast dinner of filet mignon, sautéd asparagus and twice baked potatoes, to discover that humankind is in free-fall because of the #Coronavirus, all markets are tanked, starvation and rationing are here and seemingly MILLIONS of dead bodies are piling up in the streets, on subways, airplanes, cruise ships and everywhere else you can stuff a corpus in the world. So which world is real? My placid Sunday, or Tyler Durden and Rod Dreher’s World War C scenarios!?

My Sunday is a lot closer to reality as Heather Macdonald reports at New Criterion.

By comparison, there were 38,800 traffic fatalities in the United States in 2019, the National Safety Council estimates. That represents an average of over one hundred traffic deaths every day; if the press catalogued these in as much painstaking detail as they have deaths from coronavirus, highways nationwide would be as empty as New York subways are now. Even assuming that coronavirus deaths in the United States increase by a factor of one thousand over the year, the resulting deaths would only outnumber annual traffic deaths by 2,200. [emphasis mine-MC]

Got that!? It would take a multiplication of current #coronaapocalypse death rates x 1,000 to even equal those killed on ‘Murican highways last year.

ATLANTA — A federal judge on Tuesday temporarily blocked Georgia’s restrictive new abortion law from taking effect, following the lead of other judges who have blocked similar measures in other states. The law signed in May by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp bans abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected, which can happen as early as six weeks into a pregnancy, before many women realize they’re expecting. It allows for limited exceptions. It had been scheduled to become enforceable on Jan. 1.

I have been telling you since February that despite all the good intentions and the slander from Milano et al endured, the 7 Southern States of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio would all have our laws “struck down” by Leviathan’s courts; so let me ask the question again: WHAT are we going to do about it?
