If you have lost your email receipt, open a support ticket and give us as much information as you can about your order. We will try and locate it for you and send you a copy of your email receipt. DO NOT CALL THE HELP LINE FOR A LOST RECEIPT. This will only delay the process, the support ticket system solves this problem much faster, calling support will only double the work for the same result; we are happy to do on your behalf.
Looking for a tracking number?
Click the order number link in your email receipt to be taken to your order’s invoice page. Here you can download files you purchased and track an packages that have been shipped (*the order status will say “Shipped”)
Most orders placed before noon, Central Time, are shipped the same day. You can always check the status of your order and retrieve a tracking number for the shipment by viewing your order receipt online. A tracking number box that is ORANGE has been shipped and the tracking number is clickable.

If your order contains an item that is currently out-of-stock- we will update your order status to “backordered” and provide an estimate for order fulfillment.
CUSTOM MADE ITEM NOTICE
If your order contains ANY ITEM that contains an autograph or other custom made feature we do NOT guarantee any shipping time-frame on those orders because we try and accommodate our Celebrity Autographer’s schedules. In most cases we operate on a 7 day turnaround from the time new inventory is ordered til the time it is sent to the Celebrity/Author for signature and returned to our inventory for shipment to you. THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO 28 DAYS IN RARE INSTANCES. Please be patient, you have purchased a One-of-a-kind item that will only grow in value and is uniquely yours, we trust you ordered this knowing it is worth the wait (if there is any).
As a last resort, you can always call the help-desk but be forewarned, they only return calls once per day and can rarely provide LIVE customer service. Please be patient and leave a message with complete call back information.
