John Daniel Davidson, pretty much sums up hwat’s going on right now and the fact that we’ll probably never know or have an actual, fraud free vote count.

On and on it goes. A dozen states temporarily expanded mail-in voting just for the 2020 election. Others mailed ballots to everyone on the voter rolls. Many others extended the mail-in ballot deadline, set up ballot drop boxes, and allowed mail-in ballot harvesting on a mass scale.

Any reasonable person can look at these changes and conclude they create conditions ripe for fraud and abuse. Only the most naïve, pollyannaish observer would survey all of the above and conclude, as our mainstream media has, that there was “no fraud” in the election. Of course there was, and everyone knows it.

Whether it was enough to change the outcome of the election, we’ll probably never know, partly because the kind of abuses and criminal activity engendered by mass mail-in voting are hard to detect and even harder to prove in court. But pointing all of this out, and having a problem with it, even to the point of saying you don’t have much confidence that the election was free and fair, doesn’t make you a rube or a conspiracy theorist.

As I will say on today’s show, the Constitution gave the Legislatures of the states plenary powers to settle these matters, the question is, do the states have leaders with the courage to do so?

Trump Will Win But Here Is What Is Disturbing To Me Part II

The late Andrew Breitbart wrote once “Culture Is Downstream From Politics”. Most people swallow that line and run with it as if its carved in stone but I believe it needs a correction from a Catholic. Politics AND Culture are downstream from The Truth. Why? Because neither matter if they aren’t properly ordered under God’s law and Christ’s kingship. The Common Good, which politics claims to defend and culture thrives under its protection, has to be common that is universal and good that is free of sin with one purpose: assisting souls in getting to heaven. Saint Thomas wrote of this:

This is rational, since that which is individual is not the same as that which is in common. They differ by their individual characteristics, but they are united by what they have in common. But different things have different causes. Therefore, it is necessary for there to be something which impels to the common good of the many beyond that which impels to the particular good. Now here’s my point on the title of this essay: a representative republic vulgarly called a “democracy”, cannot serve its “common good” of “preserving democracy” if it does not serve The Truth. How can there be Truth when 50% of our citizenry, including our elites, hold that truth is an elective?

Editorially, culturally, and politically.

Editorially speaking there are a vast majority of media entities that are libeling the Founding Fathers by pretending as though an entire Article in the Constitution doesn’t exist and if it does it is open to interpretation i.e. Article 1 Section 4.

Article I, Section 4: Elections – The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

Not even the notorious, fable as fact orator, Senator Daniel Webster denied entire clauses of the Constitution. Yet nearly every opinion desk in the land believes it to be some kind of arcane “option” once pursued but no longer necessary.

Politically, on the same clause, there seems to now be a box one can check when entering judicial office to choose to ignore the clause or pretend that its injurious to “democracy”. Yet the highest court in Pennezuela™ considered the clause moot in the face of the CoronaHoax™ and wrote their own version of the state’s Mail-In Ballot statue. This brazen and unconstitutional usurpation of Article I Sec 4 is rarely mentioned in editorials or news reporting by even the most reliable conservatives like Patrick J. Buchanan. Buchanan leaves open the question of whether the SCOTUS of PA courts should hear Trump’s suit based on Article Section 4 – constitutionally speaking with what’s on the line, they have a duty to their oath to take the case and uphold the Constitution

That brings up the cultural. Outside of history buffs and a few legal eagles like Jay Sekulow, the Constitution is a casualty of the Culture Wars Buchanan once championed. A relic to be deferred to when pounding podiums or running for an office yet by its very name, and there are 50 copy cat versions in every state, it contains the “owners manual” for the “representative republic” we began with.

The entire rabid left, drooled over the Constitution’s Impeachment Clause” for 4 months, convinced the document was once again “the final word” on by their own admission, the upcoming election, they assured us Trump was going ” to steal”. Now that they are the thieves, this time the Constitution has nothing to say about it and an entire sub culture of Trump hatred repeats and drools over this and the prospect of him, that means #MAGA supporters too, being prosecuted and jailed.

This is 1530 England, about to allow then cheer the execution of St. John Fisher and Saint Thomas Moore.

This is 1794 France, about to cheer on the beheading of 16 innocent, virgin, Carmelite nuns.

This is 2020 ‘Muricah where ostensibly good men who should know better treat the question above as purely a legal matter, completely devoid of any attachment to The Truth and Common Good spoken of above.

Trump Will Win But Here Is What Is Disturbing To Me

There is a mountain of evidence from the 2020 Presidential Election that there was an illegal dump of millions of ballots, across at least 6 states, AFTER the election was concluded Tuesday night. Yet the President’s legal angle of attack seems to me to be seeking localized incidents of garden variety, #Demoncrat election corruption i.e. poll workers canvassing, votes being changed, some ballots being voided under false pretenses. While all of that is certainly important, the 800 lb. donkey in the room is how did all these millions of what should amount to fake votes, get into these counting systems in PA, WI, MI, NC and GA!? That isn’t just an anomaly, it strongly suggests The Biden Campaign’s cooperation and if that’s the case, we are about to be governed by what amounts to an installed regime and that is unacceptable. My concerns, in order:

Why isn’t President Trump directly rebuking Biden’s claims that he is “President-Elect”? That in and of itself is a fraud upon the election since nothing is even close to being certified.

Why are Trump’s attorney’s all focusing on they and their GOP colleagues not being able to “inspect…see” the ballots and not HOW the ballots got there? So called “ballot harvesting” is only legal in a few states, PA isn’t one of them.

Someone is obviously advising the President to not accuse or even intimate Biden’s complicity in all this but doesn’t that cut right to the heart of the matter? After all it is Biden who will reap the rewards of this crime and given what we already know about his family’s dealings in Ukraine & China he would materially benefit by the millions. This is an outrage that must be identified and fought against with all resources, yet, there Hunter Biden’s laptop sits with clear evidence that the “president-elect” is guilty of illegally profiting from his office of Vice President. Why is no one making this point?

Biden is still under investigation by Viktor Shokin’s allies in Ukraine, his installation as the Regime’s President would end that and endanger the lives of all involved in Ukraine and here at home, how can this be allowed to happen!?

MEDICAL Reason # 137 That Wearing Face Masks IS A Hazard To Your Health

“The emperor has no clothes!” goes the old fairy tale of an emperor who insisted that his perception of reality was actual reality and that his nakedness was actually a coat of regal gowns, envious to behold. Well, the now ubiquitous “requirement” that all humans must wear masks in public “for your safety” is the emperor story in reverse, he has putrid clothes over his face but they offer absolutely NO, medical or health benefit whatsoever. Here is Dr. Mark Sircus with yet another smackdown of this never-ending, 1984 Psy-Op.

The minimum oxygen concentration in the air required for human breathing is 19.5 percent. Approximately 78 percent of the air we breathe is nitrogen gas, while only about 20.9 percent is oxygen. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA, determined the optimal range of oxygen in the air for humans runs between 19.5 and 23.5 percent.

Not Enough Oxygen: Side Effects

Serious side effects can occur if the oxygen levels drop outside the safe zone. When oxygen concentrations drop from 19.5 to 16 percent, and you engage in physical activity, your cells fail to receive the oxygen needed to function correctly. So wearing masks is not indicated for any reason because masks represent slow suffocation. Not quite as bad as strangling a person or killing them outright by completely cutting off their breath, but across the board, health will be depressed, and death from all causes will increase.

Be a HEALTHY patriot and refuse to wear a mask ANYWHERE in public and defend our God-given right to free association and un-filtered consumption of relatively clean air!

The Redundancy of Repeating The Clear, Plain Truth: Masks Do NOT Prevent Flu Infections!

Everywhere you look in public there they are, the “Maskers”, cavorting about all pious, high and mighty, knowing -they think-that they are single handedly saving grandma and grandpa humanity fro. exploding hearts and lungs during a “horrific Covid-19 death”! While I’m certain that “Covid Karens” actually believe this fantasy it remains just that: a fantasy. There is simply NO EVIDENCE, NONE, 0.0, BUPKUS, NADA, ZILCH, A BIG NOTHING BURGER! That says masking has ANY medical benefit whatsoever. Here now is another review of studies on the matter from Dennis Rancourt PhD that begins, thus.

There have been extensive randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies, and meta-analysis reviews of RCT studies, which all show that masks and respirators do not work to prevent respiratory influenza-like illnesses, or respiratory illnesses believed to be transmitted by droplets and aerosol particles.

Furthermore, the relevant known physics and biology, which I review, are such that masks and respirators should not work. It would be a paradox if masks and respirators worked, given what we know about viral respiratory diseases: The main transmission path is long-residence-time aerosol particles (< 2.5 μm), which are too fine to be blocked, and the minimum-infective dose is smaller than one aerosol particle.

The present paper about masks illustrates the degree to which governments, the mainstream media, and institutional propagandists can decide to operate in a science vacuum, or select only incomplete science that serves their interests. Such recklessness is also certainly the case with the current global lockdown of over 1 billion people, an unprecedented experiment in medical and political history.

This evidence is completely ignored in favor of fear-mongering propaganda and sadistic orders from politically appointed hacks like Dick Levine in Pennsylvania who has in addition to issuing a state-wide masking order has now ordered any children playing OUTDOOR sports that they must mask WHILE playing!!!
