Stir-Fry meals are easily customizable to make good use of last night’s leftovers. Slight variations in spices can take you from a more Asian inspired dish to curry or middle eastern.
- Leftover rice (white, wild rice, your preference)
- Fresh vegetables
- Green onion
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Sauté any white onion until translucent. If using garlic, mince and keep from burning. Add diced vegetables with sesame oil and cook.
- Add eggs and cook, then add the rice.
- Finish with soy sauce or any spicy oil and green onions.
Additional Information: If you are not a fan of rice you can always substitute your favorite noodle.
