The Beautiful Necessity of Fertility And Babies

Our daughter has a friend whose dream was to travel to Japan and work there for the rest of her life teaching the Japanese, English. I told her she would not have a class to teach in 20 years because Japan is going to go extinct as a direct result of their diabolical obsession with wealth creation and wealth consumption; the latter drives the former at the expense of any concept of family and family life including: babies. Well, the proof is now in the proverbial pudding and the world is beginning to panic over Japan’s imminent decline. J.D. Vance, commented on this at the American Conservative Magazine’s annual conference.Mike Church

“We should care about declining fertility, not just because it’s bad for our economy, but because we think babies are good, and we think babies are good because we’re not sociopaths. Babies can be transformative for the men and women who have them, and for the families they build and grow.”

Babies Make Families-Listen To Mike Church Explain Why This Is Vitally True

“I care about declining fertility because I’ve seen the role of fatherhood, the positive role that it can play in the lives of my friends and in my community. I’ve seen young men who are relatively driftless, but became rooted and grounded when they had children. And in my own life, I’ve felt the demons that come from a traumatic childhood melt away in the laughter, in the love, of my own son.” – J.D. Vance
