Ohio “botched” execution is being used in to stop death penalty in LA but the story is bogus

If I hadn’t read this I wouldn’t believe it. White House spokes czar Jay Carney brags that Obamacare “empowers” Americans to “pursue their dreams” which means we can add dreaming to the list of implied powers our Empire wields. I wonder how long they will claim the power to make madman’s nightmares come true?

Mish: Didn’t Obama promise that the ACA would CREATE gazilions of jobs, lower costs and make gumdrops fall from the clouds? He sure did  “[We can] build a health care system that allows you to be physicians instead of administrators and accountants; a system that gives… Americans the best care at the lowest cost; a system that eases up the pressure on businesses and unleashes the promise of our economy, creating hundreds of thousands of jobs, making take-home wages thousands of dollars higher, and growing our economy by tens of billions of dollars more every year.”

So did this guy, who, drinking the ObamaCare Kool-aid, said EVERYONE would benefit

The Ohio murderer executed 2 weeks ago by the new lethal injection “cocktail” did NOT suffer any pain and was asked to fake the agony so anti- death penalty advocates could seize on it to bring capital punishment to an end

This case is now being used to delay the execution in Louisiana of Christopher Sepulvado for the brutal murder of his 6 year old stepson. Reading the post above it is now clear that the McGuire death penalty was carried out as it was planned and McGuire did not endure “cruel and unusual punishment”

The state and a federal judge have now agreed to halt the execution of 90 days so that the lethal injection ingredients can be evaluate (again). Governor Jindal says the state has all it needs to perform the execution while the victim’s mother wonders why it matters if this monster suffers saying “my son suffered.”

We all love Obama’s Red Economy – Manufacturing orders/activity plummeted to the lowest  level in 4 years and “economists” did what they always do with such a huge miss: they blame the weather
