‘Membah The, 19 April, 1775, “Shot Heard Round The World”?

A brief description of what happened that night from Boston Tea Party Ship.

Following Revere’s warning to the Patriots, Captain John Parker began assembling minutemen to meet the British. After rousing approximately 137 men, they waited for the British to arrive. However, because it had taken the British two hours to receive supplies earlier in the evening, the minutemen were way ahead of schedule. Parker requested that the minutemen retire to nearby taverns until further notice while sending a few scouts from Lexington to approximate the arrival of the British. Many of these scouts were not seen again due to British arrest. One scout, Thaddeus Bowman, did return; he had narrowly escaped arrest by British soldiers and Pitcairn’s advance troop was only half a mile behind him. Captain Parker hastily assembled his minutemen again. When Pitcairn’s forces and Parker’s minutemen met, there were 77 minutemen prepared to fight nearly 250 British soldiers. A shot was fired; although it’s not clear which side fired first. More shots ensued. After the fight came to a close, eight Americans were dead and ten were wounded. This is in comparison to one wounded British soldier and several bullet wounds in Pitcairn’s horse.

Since my last, nothing new has happened. Our accounts of the battle of Charleston have become clear, and greatly to our satisfaction. Contrary to what usually happens, the first accounts were below truth; it is now certain that the regulars have had between 1200 and 1400 killed and wounded in that engagement, and that of these 500 are killed. Major Pitcairn is among the slain, at which everybody rejoices, as he was the commanding officer at Lexington, was the first who fired his own piece there and gave the command to fire. On our part were killed between 60 and 70, and about 150 wounded.

The SCOTUS in its flippant dismissal of the Texas/Trump lawsuit may have fired the second, “shot heard round the world”. President Trump was quick to inform the world what he thinks of their cowardly actions.

Yesterday Mittus Chur and I went to the local Rouse’s Supermarket to shop for Sunday dinner supplies. We traversed the entirity of the store from produce on the southern end to milk on the north to discover we were the only 2 human beings among at least 200 shoppers and 50 employees, who did not have face diapers on. It was like being in a sick horror/sci-fi movie and made shopping a sanity-survival experience instead of an enjoyable one.

It had to happen: Attorney’s General from 21 States & The U.S. Virgin Islands have filed a Palpatine sized rebuttal to Texas’ attempt to “end federalism…and deprive tens of millions of voters their choice for President.” The Amicus Curæ begins sanctimoniously, thus.

“A fundamental principle of our representative democracy is . . . that the people should choose whom they please to govern them.” Powell v. McCormack, 395 U.S. 486, 547 (1969) (internal quotation marks omitted). The people have chosen. But Texas, supported by 17 other states, asks this Court to overturn that choice. Those states urge this Court “to exercise its extraordinary power under the Constitution to control the conduct of one State at the suit of another,” New York v. New Jersey, 256 U.S. 296, 309 (1921), by nullifying millions of lawful votes and voiding the result of a free and fair election. The District of Columbia, together with the States and territories of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Washington (Amici States), submit this brief in support of the four defendant states. Amici States urge this Court to reject Texas’s last-minute attempt to throw out the results of an election decided by the people and securely overseen and certified by its sister states.

For the record, Texas, by its own declaratory statement, SPECIFICALLY makes known in its suit that it is NOT asking the SCOTUS for an annulment of votes but instead for relief from the illegal manners SOME votes were obtained through.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff States respectfully request that this Court issue the following relief: A. Declare that Defendant States Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin administered the 2020 presidential election in violation of the Electors Clause and the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution

I doubt the SCOTUS is going to grant the entire relief Texas and now 21 states is seeking but knowing the history of the Court they could offer a novel solution: declare the legislatures of the 4 states in question to have constitutional rights pertaining to certifying/choosing the electors themselves which is pretty much what Giulianai and Ellis et all have asked these states to do since November.

The appearance of voting irregularities in theDefendant States that would be consistent with the unconstitutional relaxation of ballot-integrity protections in those States’ election laws. All these flaws even the violations of state election law violate one or more of the federal requirements for elections ( i.e., equal protection, due process, and the Electors Clause) and thus arise under federal law. See Bush v Gore, 531 U.S. 98, 113 (2000). Plaintiff State respectfully submits that the foregoing types of electoral irregularities exceed the hanging-chad saga of the 2000 election in their degree of departure from both state and federal law. Moreover, these flaws cumulatively preclude knowing who legitimately won the 2020 election and threaten to cloud all future elections.

The only Electoral College deadline specifically required by the Constitution is noon on January 20, at which point President Trump’s first term officially ends. All other deadlines — the “safe harbor” deadline of December 8, the Electoral College voting on December 14, and even the congressional vote count on January 6 — are dates set by federal law.1 Moreover, these dates are arbitrary, being based on obsolete and outdated concerns. It is also well established that the U.S. Constitution is the highest law in the land, holding precedence over both state and federal laws. In the event that federal law presents an obstacle to faithfully adhering to constitutional requirements, it is necessary to disregard the statute in favor of the plain meaning of the Constitution.

Well, the now ubiquitous “requirement” that all humans must wear masks in public “for your safety” is the emperor story in reverse, he has putrid clothes over his face but they offer absolutely NO, medical or health benefit whatsoever. Here is Dr. Mark Sircus with yet another smackdown of this never-ending, 1984 Psy-Op.

The minimum oxygen concentration in the air required for human breathing is 19.5 percent. Approximately 78 percent of the air we breathe is nitrogen gas, while only about 20.9 percent is oxygen. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA, determined the optimal range of oxygen in the air for humans runs between 19.5 and 23.5 percent.

Not Enough Oxygen: Side Effects

Serious side effects can occur if the oxygen levels drop outside the safe zone. When oxygen concentrations drop from 19.5 to 16 percent, and you engage in physical activity, your cells fail to receive the oxygen needed to function correctly. So wearing masks is not indicated for any reason because masks represent slow suffocation. Not quite as bad as strangling a person or killing them outright by completely cutting off their breath, but across the board, health will be depressed, and death from all causes will increase.

Be a HEALTHY patriot and refuse to wear a mask ANYWHERE in public and defend our God-given right to free association and un-filtered consumption of relatively clean air!

The Redundancy of Repeating The Clear, Plain Truth: Masks Do NOT Prevent Flu Infections!

Everywhere you look in public there they are, the “Maskers”, cavorting about all pious, high and mighty, knowing -they think-that they are single handedly saving grandma and grandpa humanity fro. exploding hearts and lungs during a “horrific Covid-19 death”! While I’m certain that “Covid Karens” actually believe this fantasy it remains just that: a fantasy. There is simply NO EVIDENCE, NONE, 0.0, BUPKUS, NADA, ZILCH, A BIG NOTHING BURGER! That says masking has ANY medical benefit whatsoever. Here now is another review of studies on the matter from Dennis Rancourt PhD that begins, thus.

There have been extensive randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies, and meta-analysis reviews of RCT studies, which all show that masks and respirators do not work to prevent respiratory influenza-like illnesses, or respiratory illnesses believed to be transmitted by droplets and aerosol particles.

Furthermore, the relevant known physics and biology, which I review, are such that masks and respirators should not work. It would be a paradox if masks and respirators worked, given what we know about viral respiratory diseases: The main transmission path is long-residence-time aerosol particles (< 2.5 μm), which are too fine to be blocked, and the minimum-infective dose is smaller than one aerosol particle.

The present paper about masks illustrates the degree to which governments, the mainstream media, and institutional propagandists can decide to operate in a science vacuum, or select only incomplete science that serves their interests. Such recklessness is also certainly the case with the current global lockdown of over 1 billion people, an unprecedented experiment in medical and political history.

This evidence is completely ignored in favor of fear-mongering propaganda and sadistic orders from politically appointed hacks like Dick Levine in Pennsylvania who has in addition to issuing a state-wide masking order has now ordered any children playing OUTDOOR sports that they must mask WHILE playing!!!
